Christian skits - Comic Ministry Routines, by Randolph J. Christensen
First, it needs to be pointed out that this is a short book (41 pages, 5.5" x 8.5"), with a lot of information packed into a small package. It contains a lot of good clown skits, both silent and speaking, for multiple clowns, as you can see for yourself in the Table of Contents below. It's a very well-written and well-rounded collection of skits (16 total). If you're looking for a nice, inexpensive collection of clown skits suitable for use in church, youth group, etc. I recommend the book.

Strengthened by the Word
A short Christian skit for 2 silent clowns, plus 1 (speaking) announcer/ringmaster. A "circus strongman" skit to illustrate the power in the Word of God
Washing Up
A Christian skit for 3 talking clowns, talking about how only Jesus S.O.A.P. can make you clean inside.
The Archer
A very funny, very clownish skit, with 1 silent clown and (at the end) a speaking announcer/minister, using clown archery to talk about "missing the mark"
The Trap
A Christian skit for 4 clowns (easily modified for 2 clowns or even 1 clown) about learning to do right, and the consequences of sin
Follow the Conductor
A non-speaking Christian skit for 2 or more clowns, using a "clown band" to teach that we must follow God's instructions instead of going our own way
Give It Away
A very nice silent Christian skit for 3 clowns, using flowers as a metaphor for giving away God's love … and what we receive in return
Victory!
A slapstick Christian skit for 2 talking clowns, illustrating Jesus' victory over Satan
The Great Rope Escape
A Christian skit for 2 speaking clowns, visually demonstrating how people can't escape from sin on their own -- and Who they need to escape
The Bags
An excellent silent Christian skit for 1 clown, dealing with finding blessings in unexpected places. My own clown troupe used this in a recent performance in front of our children's church with excellent results.
Good Habits
A good, clownish, skit for 2 clowns (can be revised for 1 clown) talking about developing good habits, including going to church
Lost & Found
A speaking Christian skit for 5 or more clowns (easily revised to a skit for 1 clown), dealing with "Lost & Found" and illustrating the parable of the Good Shepherd and the lost sheep from Luke 15
What's Your Temperature?
A speaking Christian skit for 3 or more clowns (can be modified for only 2 clowns), illustrating being spiritually hot or cold -- and the consequences
A New Creature
A very fun, funny, clownish skit for 1 clown and speaker/minister/teacher, in which the clown illustrates what being "a new creature in Christ" doesn't mean -- again, we performed this in our local children's church recently, with very good results.
Dog Food
A speaking skit for 2 clowns, talking about how we have to feed ourselves good food, both physically and spiritually
Christmas Nancy's
A Christian speaking (and singing) skit for 2 clowns, talking about what Christmas is really all about
FRIENDS: A Partaking of Holy Communion
A very nice Christian skit for 2 clowns (could be easily adapted to be silent), talking about God's love and Holy Communion. Very nicely done.
