Well once the new one comes out you'll understand it's suppose to link Dom and Han as well as how Dom won the car from Han. It is like the prolouge to this movie but it's the fourth installment.

yeh I understand what u mean but how come suddenly the story line has changed to a different country everything it almost has nothing to do with the other ones appart from the same things happen eg illegal races

It has everything to do with the others, it's about illegally street racing cars, and it's a popular name which gets people to go see it. But they changed the characters entirely which was smart because, this is by far the best of the three in my opinion.
