Never heard it, what does he say? I've loved the song for years and would like to know the ending.

Listening to this song is like trying to drive across Nebraska while holding a piss.

What the fuck is wrong with you? No, the song isn't about drugs, you little crackhead cretin. It IS about the unrequited love the lead singer had, but apparently your brain is too fried to understand that.

What the fuck is wrong with you?? Seriously, dude?? You truly, honestly believe this song is about KKK? Where did you get that idea? Wow. Just Wow.

Listened to this song on late night radio as I traveled to pick up a parent from work--in 1968--40 years ago. At night, in a car, it had a very sobering effect on me on the quiet city streets of those days after 10:30pm. At night, they would play the whole song along with Tuesday Afternoon. Thanks for the music video.

no DJPNEOPHY, its not about drugs, its about unrequited love experienced by the lead singer, Hayward. But I guess that was far too complicated for you to work out so you had to throw in a drug reference. And who calls people noobs over a song? go back to gears of war or whatever

what the heck. the monolouge at the end of the song got cut off. thats what makes this song great is his statement at the end.
