Speak not evil of the tech support drone. As a veteran of the Apple support bunker in Austin, I learned the cruel, cruel irony of the fact that "the scope of support of level 1 tech support is the scope of support for the product", yet strangely the "scope of support for the product is the scope of support for the product". So clever, those Apple suits... high five. I'm compiling a plist virus on a Slackware box right now.
