I am born in Lugoj, Romania. The original house where he was born is still there, near Catholic Church. But the actual owners refuse access to the administration to put a inscription because they are afraid of publicity and tourists. I think the house should be nationalized. Lugoj is a very nice town and whith lot of old buildings a good destination for lot of tourists!!!

Bela Lugosi created the modern stereotype of the vampire... with the cape and the accsent :) But there is no wrong or right way to portray mythological creatures :)
