The diccionary in Spanish of La Real Acedemia Espanola defines a Latino as a person that speaks a Romance language or language that comes from Latin regarless of Race, but these people are't not latinos they don't even speak spanish anymore, so they are Indians or Mestizos mix or mix race. Latino is cultural term not racial.
