Thurl Ravenscroft? I thought I recognized that basso profundo as him. He was also the voice of Tony the Tiger, the Kellogg's Frosted Flakes character.

Also, the "No Dogs Allowed" was really a running gag--if I remember correctly, it began with "No Dogs Allowed on the Grass" or something like that...

By the way, I found out who sings the "NOOOOO DOOOOOGS ALLOOOOOOOOOOWED" part--it was Thurl Ravenscroft, the same person who sings "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch," not only for the original animated movie, but also for the 1995 re-recorded soundtrack, of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."
