Yep it was John "Mr Slate" Stephenson who was the voice of the scientist.

I thought the voice of the scientist was either Hal Smith or John Stephenson.

I think the great Mel Blanc is the voice for the germ. Don Messick did Scooby Doo, Astro, and Ranger Smith. Can't tell what voice he is in this.

It must have been strange for Bud to work with a sound-a-like of his legendary partner. You can tell that Bud sounds very old and or tired at times. I guess they really couldn't do much with this, but this makes me miss Lou even more, it's missing his comedic touch. Still, I'm glad they did this to introduce them to new fans. |
