They were the Electric Light Orchestra of USA!

Have seen them 4 times. Twice in late 70's and twice early 80's. Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence Lover Boy was the warm up band and they had the hit Turn Me Loose. They got booed off stage. Singer said we were worse audience ever. Kansas came out and played roughly 2 minutes of the instrumental of Turn Me Loose. 3 encores. Noone left even after lights came on twice. Police had to escort people out. ROCK AND ROLL!!!!!!!!
