They don't. Not in the anime, anyway. The manga is still on-going, and in the actual novels themselves I have no idea since I haven't read them. The manga also has a lot more Esther+Abel moments that the anime didn't have, so maybe for the manga they might, but as far as the anime goes, I remember they didn't. She became queen and he...ran off after his brother. With Ion, if I remember correctly.

i think it sucks how they force esther to become queen >:[ because they say all this stuff like "You're chosen by god." It just makes my skin crawl. Other than that I love the anime and the guys in it are HOT.
