I love Gillian Welch and David Rawlings!!!! I saw them in Charlottesville, VA in 1996 I think. At a coffee house. I sat at David's feet because there were only about 30 of us there to listen. They were awsome!! I loved to watch David's facial expressions. They were priceless. He completely gets into his music. This has to be the best rendition of this song since the original! Good on ya!

I can't tell if I like The Band's version or this version the best - they are both GREAT! Never thought anyone or any group could beat The Band, but DAMN, this is mighty fine and it is at the top of my favorites!
