This is all true, great video to make people aware. It's so sad to see people try to lose weight, when you know they're are doing it all wrong

Your metabolism spikes everytime you eat. If you eat one meal a day, your metabolism will spike only once. If you eat more frequently (not skipping meals) your body developes more of a steady curve and raises your overall metabolism. I do agree with you, however, that someone should not eat constantly. If you're trying to lose weight it is ideal to have about 4 healthy, well balanced meals a day. It is key to have meals, not "snacks"

I'm trying to gain weight. I weigh 145 lbs and I max out on bench press at 195 lbs.I ran CC and Track in highschool. I consume about 3500 calories a day but I don't gain weight very fast. I find it easier to lose weight than gain it.

You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. Steady - well balanced meals- through a day will keep your body out of storage mode keeping your metabolism up.
She actually explains that in the first part of the video.
