Since its not so unknown anymore, they have a few groups who do parkour. Like, near my place there's a team that teaches it... im tryin to convince my 'rents to let me join haha. you can try googling parkour sites an see if theres a legit teacher 'round your area :) good luck

You have to fine-tune yourself. It's basically running around and doing well-practiced stunts. It definitely isn't easy. My friend broke his foot in two places at school while practicing. |
