BS. You pay through Income Tax and NI tax(alot more than 1p lmao). Also, you get bankrolled by those who have more better jobs. Only those that don't have a job, don't pay. I understand that having a NHS may be undeniable, no matter how tyrannical the funding is, but don't BS people into thinking it is free. You pay more for the bureaucracy than you do the actual care.
