perhaps you just don't understand what he meant? doesn't matter anyway, he was just voicing his opinion. the fact is the words make perfect sense, you just either can't make sense of them or you don't agree with them.

yeah. it sucks that nader's (who i otherwise like) p.i.r.g.s. are against nuke plants, considering that close to 60% of electricity in the u.s comes from burning dirty and nonrenewable coal. its especially common with baby boomers to irrationally fear nuclear energy, which i think comes from cold war childhood fears, as well as a lack of understanding of both the impact of digital computers on meltdown probability, as well as staggering advances in waste reduction (as in the new french plants).
