There isn't going to be any CHIPS and if there is it won't be on this large massive scale and it won't be for anywhere close to the reasons they're trying to make you think it's going to be used for. Uh..yeah I can argue that. For starters, it's not our job to be world police. Second of all, if that's your mindset, I can name about 8 fascist leaders who should have been top priority over Hussein.
