Or, maybe a genius does rise and fall (as in the case of Rife) and maybe the term "non-practical theory" does not apply in this situation. And maybe pathological skeptics should just watch the film and learn something instead of taking shots at something they obviously know nothing about.

Roy died in a hospital the same year 1971 that Nixon scamed Americans with the WAR on CANCER.(alledgedly from barbituate/alcohol poisoning) he used alcohol to cope with the stress. He was a beloved genius humanitarian.
