The show was meant to become mixed up. They wanted it to be completely confusing so that people would keep watching. Everything is supposed to come together in the final season--promised to be in 2010.

(all thumbs down are welcome but hear me out first) LOST has become too convoluted and insane during the past two years, all because of the different writers/producers who either quit or are fired and are consantly being replaced. The original plot (or vision) of the show will never be known. Maybe the hatch was meant to hold something else? Maybe Locke wouldn't have died? Maybe this show was meant to only run for 3 seasons (like the promised)? We'll never know.

The only people who think this show is losing it's touch are the jackass's who only watched season 1 and got bored. Maybe the show isnt what it used to be but it's still amazing and after the s4 finale how could you say it has gotten bad? This show is still amazing.

if you think about this for a second, think about how lucky they were to get , to be on this island, image how hard it will be to find a place that only fate can lead you to,
im sure w.e the outcome of this show will be. im sure it will all be worth it in the end

i think this show is the best of its kind, the story run's deep into everyone's lives on the island and are all connected. now for all of this to come together and make sence as a story must have taken so long to do. and i think thats why its such a good series. well apart from the great ideas these guys came up with lol. im sure that when all of the awnsers are revealed. your lives will change for a better purpose. caint wait for season 5
