There are some songs where you love when first heard but found boring afterwards. There are also songs that you don't really like when first heard but the more you hear it the more you like/love it. The World I Know is the later for me. The lyrics and the melody have been tattooed in my mind. Everytime i listen to this song i never forget how DC feel when he sang it on the final of AI. Hence, DC's version is a irreplaceable version for me...Anyway, thanks to CS for writing such a good song :)

Everyone will have different feeling when listening to the same song. You would probably have different feeling when listening to the same song at different time or different occasion. That's why some people will prefer original and some will prefer DC's version. It's the feel that will make the song leaves an impression in your heart. When the song leaves a footprint in your heart you will never forget how you fall in love with the song and that version of the song will be irreplaceable for you
