That shotshell is cool and everything, but BassPro sells this gun for $240. With only a 12 inch grouping at 10 yards, I can't imagine you doing any REAL hunting or skeet shooting with the shotshell. As for the pellet, you can hunt small game and varmints, but a .22 caliber rifle is much more effective and cheap. Even a cheap pellet gun is still just as good for small game and varmint. Oh well. It's a great idea and they'll probably build from it over time and make GREAT airgun.

yea a .22lr is weaker than a .223, however, a 22lr 40gr round packs over 150ftlbs of energy and will fire that same round at over 1500fps vs this toys 30-75 ft lbs and "1000 fps". .22lr for less money > airtoy that costs 2-300 bucks more.
