Like I said, the urban myth claims it's this scene, but it wasn't at all. This was actually one of the first scenes shot in the movie (all his Crow parts were the first to be shot). Then when it was time to go for the flashbacks, tragedy happened. That's when he got shot by Michael Masse by mistake, during the scene where they are beating and raping Shelly as you say :3

This movie is a classic.Maybe he wanted to die,because he knew this movie role was going to be his biggest success.I think Heath thought the same thing about his role in The Dark Knight.Rest in peace :/
