Goodness Gracious! Is this the Elgin Quebec where the trout river is? I have never been there. But I certainly hope the flood did not wash away their famous Pinoqachole distillery! It would be a most terrible shame! I certainly hope their ElginTV youtube channel is still here!

@tracyboydon Perhaps you'd besy invest some time into who is to blame here. Have read into this and Moray council actually passed the Planning for this years ago. It was held up by The Scottish Government and by objections by some local people and companies. The 'coonsul' is generally the scapegoat for the ill-informed. You've confirmed this admirably. P.S: NO! I don't work for MC - but used to for another local auth.
