Transciption:
Add the butter to the gram flour. Mix with the fingers. Get a texture of bread crumbs. Let set for 15 mins.
On mid-heat, mix the cream and milk pouder. Get a soft dough texture, about 3 mins. + 2 mins. Keep mixing. Took 6 mins. Put aside & let cool.
Add the milk to the gram flour mix. Mix well with fingers & palms. Let sit 10 mins.
Add this with the cardamom to the cream & mild pouder mix. Mix well & roast over mid-heat till it becomes light brown.

Auntiji ur videos r excellent . can u tell me the two different types of milk u have used in this receipe which means milk with more % of fat and other with less one . how much % of fat should be there in heavy milk...
