Details are sketchy as to what Ralston did after this, but reports say he jumped off the cliff and broke the fall with his face because he's just that tough. Then, while on his way home, was attacked by a band of Indian braves, so after pulling an arrow out of his heart he slaughtered them and their whole village with it because they pissed him off. After that he made a buoy out of his massive balls and rafted downstream to freedom. True story.
