Crows are actually family animals. They cherish their families and take care of their elders. Ravens tend to be loners, that's why they're not usually in flocks. I think the parenting and guidance of this crow is simply natural, but also fascinating. Crows also don't eat or preferably harm the living unless provoked, because they prefer carrion (dead food). So i doubt a crow would attack anything without having a reason to.

Yeah, their not... Nor are you, that wasn't my point. My point is that animals aren't that impressive in the greater scheme of morality, just like people they kill eachother in brutal sadistic ways.

I don't remember Moses.But I do remember the animals "liberating" the ham from the refrigerator and giving it a decent burial. One of those "compulsory reading" books along with "The Mayor of Casterbridge".

Enough of that animals are holy bullshit, almost all animals have a creul side to them as well. Dogs and cats will just as quickly kill their young just like the Naitive Americans would smack their babies across rocks. This is like anything else, a wonderful story, about two individuals finding a bond.

They are among the smartest birds. Some crows living near the coast are smart enough to drop shells into traffic so cars will break them open for them.
