Nvm. New Problem:
I need to switch a piece around. Like I have on the second layer of red this:
Red Red Yellow
On the other side of that yellow pice is red. How do I switch them?

I have all first layers solved, and green face. Now I have just one second layer done (the orange layer). Then on my white side, i have an orange on the middle right. on the other side i have a yellow. Do I use the right algorithim 2? Or will it work on first time?
