but it also does really bad damage to your hair. I try to avoid teasing, I´m able to make pretty bun without damaging my hair

you need teasing. Teasing creates a base for your up-do. If you dont have a proper base, your hair will easily fall out and wont last for your evening.......i love teasing lol
