@RAWRAWRWAR mabye you should look at the navy site to see what training you will be doing then learn how to do it early just an idea or ask someone who has been in the navy

not good enough.. anyone knoe of a much harder advanced cardio work out. im a soon to be us navy sniper and im getting a headstart on my fitness and this isint doing the job for me

Your only 9. As you get taller all the fat in your body stretches out. Just be sure to diet properly and exercise occasionaly.

dude just go outside stretch a bit and jog around your block at least 5 laps a day

If you're 9 years old u have plenty of time, start jogging on a treadmill or walking if u find it hard. If u want to really kick it up start a sport in addition to this or best of all go swimming, its both good for cardio and it gets u ripped if u train hard.
