Well thats a tough one because the officer thought he gave her a 20. The officer did the right thing IF it really was a 20. The cop probably thought she was trying to get one over on him because he was a cop.

You can search me right here, she told him. They didn't have any twenties. AND THE BOTTOM LINE ALL ALONG WAS THE INCOMPETANCE OF THE OFFICER. HE HAD NO EVIDENCE. She got fifty thousand bucks and she earned it, but we're stuck with the bad cop. That's where American society needs a fix. ////

So if we get shorted in change at a store..we can file a complaint...but if you're a cop you can distrube a public place of business, come back to an employee's only area, pepper spray the shit out of some loudmouth you dont like, tell her she is under arrest, with absolutley NO PROOF besides what he thinks....WTF country is this and why is officer still alive?
