perfect the rebound stroke man!! I can go above 250 bps. Its all in the wrists i promise. work on freezing the stick as it bounces off the head of the drum. never press the stick onto the head the stick does all the work. and stay relaxed while you are playing. thats how i did it.

Wow, if you can't double stroke roll, just don't play drum set. Practice regular snare.
