yeah your probably right about the collapse then wake up part but support ron paul his is obviously an honest man. more than every president since Kennedy can say. he doesnt claim government is horrible he says big federal government is horrible and our founding fathers agree, being a statesmen was to be held in high regard, career politicians are scum, except the honest ones which is about 3.

I have read his books, it openned a path towards understand economics but i am not a Ron Paul supporter. I cannot support someone who claims government is horrible but then turns around and want to use government power to shrink itself. Everytime this has been attempted, government grew exponentially; simply because people who were bribed in the past don't simply give up their bribe for the common good. It's just that sad. This government will have to destroy itself before people wake up.

@ExquisiteDoom ron paul for president!!!! get his books, if you think what you wrote is true, help save the republic, small government now,

Bingo. Michael Moore is as consistent as a Gorilla on Zoloft. If people actually bothered to look into the intellectual inconsistencies of their idols these celebreties would not be quite as beloved in a near future. As geniuses are ostracized, propagandists are granted a bigger voice; thus is the american way... Of the american government; or any government for that matter. It is well known how it colludes with the media, and also extremely obvious.... Of course it will support liars.

I was wrong in my previous post, i have since then learned much more. Money is not the problem, it is the government. This institute of monopolistic violence and brute force could not hope to solve any problem, as violence only leads to corruption and more violence, it is a hydra. Money is a mere tool. As Hayek claims " "Profit is the signal which tells us what we must do in order to serve people whom we do not know." As convenient and simple as it sounds, it is reality. And people forgot this.

I'm sorry i had to jump in, you've fallen for the left wing propaganda. Anti freemarket claims use the same fear tactics conservatives use to invade countries. They work together. I'm sorry to tell you , but monopolies don't exist in the abstract, even less so in a free market environment. It is extremely well documented at the mises institute and if you bother to research the validity of the claims, it will shift your mystical beleifs into rational ones. One more thing. Merges fail a LOT.

I think the flaw isn't in the money itself: it's in the way we view money. But you did allude to this larger problem: the egoic mind. If we're caught up in the attitude that the dollar is almighty, and the consequences be damned, then our actions reflect that attitude. If we instead continually think about how our decisions today impact other people and species right now and in the future, our actions tend to reflect this attitude. It is our collective myopia that is so terrible.

You claim all this primitive thinking and rationale, but I still fail to see what that exactly is. Please, just say what it is, don't complain that we have something that you haven't identified. That lack of clarity cuts 90% of your argument to shreds...In addition, who are the people that matter? That's the other 10%. Basically, I learned nothing from your text except that we, you inclusive, have primitive thinking capabilities/tendencies and that we should screw our planet over. Good luck!!!

If Michael Moore is funded by corporations doesn't that make him a whore too? The fact that he would accept the money from corporations who, according to him, make money from such atrocities speaks very little about his own convictions, does it not?

Monopolistic capitalism is inevitable with capitalism. The weaker companies etc. get run out of business or absorbed by the better companies. Since the larger companies are usually more efficient than smaller companies, there is a huge advantage for monopolistic capitalism.
