The oboist is Gonzalo Ruiz, who has single-handedly changed the style of baroque oboe playing from aggressive and trumpet-like to quiet and elegant. He's an amazing player and teacher, who knows more than everyone else put together.

Telemann. Good trio. G.P. knew what he was doing. Dminor's not so hot for a traverso when it has to play with an hautboy 'cept this trio works. Just one question; who's the swaying hautboyist? |
