Thanks, Edwin, for posting this! Thanks, Petra, for sending this to me! This will do for the meantime - brings back that electrifying evening in Scotland! I got my DVD yesterday but it won't play in either of my two DVD players, unlike the TMT DVD last year, nor on my PC. So I'll have to send it to my friend in California to be converted to our US system. So the wait continues to be agonizingly slow!
