@catcherinred have you never seen someone fingerpick? hes using his thumb, index and middle fingers, check out some tab and you might can figure it out

yeah, because if your fingers aren't nine feet long it is obviously impossible to do a thing called.. "move your fucking hand to reach the son of a bitch". This is a very advanced picking technique used only by the elite players.
