@mrconradhoppe Lol!! Me too!! Back in the 80s a friend of mine and I had a huge fight about this, and of course he won. It blew me away that the singer is female (at first). I thought it was a voice like Fergal Sharkey's: very ambiguous. But it's a great song, and I love Moyet.

i thought this was a male singer, i wonder what effect that has had on me since 1981? It did, and I deserve whatever ill it caused simply because I listened to others about how I was supposed to see the world. This is one of the greateset movements in music history and these guys led the charge.
