some good skiing, but your commentary is real confusing, espeically when you talk about 'turning the body' and leaning 'into the hill' is the opposite of what you should be doing. Your lateral movement should be towards your downhill ski, while your body still faces the direction your skiis are pointing. This helps keep the hips square on your skis providing a stronger stance, while helping maintain pressure on that downhill (outside) ski.

Very good video - a very good repetition at home how to slalom - I started thinking that I might try again . I have stopped when I think might easily brake my legs or something else cause to my age.Loved to see the Video, greetings Anne

I think these lessons are very good. I've used them and they help me ski. So what if these guys are over 25! They know what they are about!

Snowplow is actually a useless technique, once you get past the green slope you will never use it again. Many places have stopped teaching the technique because of the limited time that you will use it. If you think that you have weak knees I would suggest picking up a book called "Fit to Ski and Snowboard" and use the workouts as conditioning for next season. Just a thought man good luck.
