@sgsauer225 yeah he is. it sucks, he was always my favorite character haha. he's not on the bad guys' side or the good guys' side, he's on his own side and plays both sides, to avenge michelle's death, who you find out in the 2nd or last episode that she was really pregnant

Sorryyy......I only wanted to know if he was bad in the end, since hes one of my favorite characters....I didnt want to watch this season and hate it in the end...If Tony would have been a bad guy that would have ruined the show for me. Again, i'm sorry if I made you mad by asking a question.

Jack pointed out that Haddad was under surveillance in 2002 (in the actual season, not in the trailer), and that he targeted that bus with 45 people. Season 1 took place in 2002. It couldn't have happened after the season since Jack no longer worked for CTU due to Teri's death. It could only have happened before Season 1.
