Of course, I grew up in the era of HeeHaw, Roy Clark and right after Dueling Banjos was a top-40 hit, so things were different for the banjo then. But... for all of that, musical opinions remain SUBJECTIVE, while racing awkwardly ahead of the tempo does not. I know what bad taste you've got, I've seen your channel page. I'm done.

I did google him...that's your idea of a Jazz Master??????? ROFLMAO! No wonder you can't intelligently discuss this......Montgomery College? LOL!!!!!

Sure they did as we ALL know banjo is an EXTREMELY popular instrument among teenagers.....a very difficult non rock or hip hop instrument is popular among teenagers.....ROFLMAO

Hmm taking the class obviously doesn't mean you passed it ......Your views are indicative of that. And as to where I am from ATLANTA GA born and bred..... Taking music theory from a jazz musician and you want to comment on bluegrass? Funny since they have little in common. that would be akin to me being a heavy metal fan commenting on Pavorotti or Lanza

Awesome video. Thanks for posting. Earl & Steve are true gentlemen.

Besides... I've seen your YouTube channel, Harry, where you also tout the talent and accomplishments of, among others, Miley Cyrus and porn-star Traci Lords. You clearly have refined and highly-evolved tastes.
