You know you're knob when you make your screen name after that of an artist. Bush was ok, but they failed like most bands. No test of time for them, or Soundgarden. Unfortunately, I'd rather have 1,000 fail bands of yesterday than one "Hit" from the garbage they are trying to spoon feed our youth. I think every band is influence by bands that precede them, and also what's "in" in the mainstream. Look at the dozens of hair metal bands (1981-1991), they all have the same style and lyrical anthems like cherry pie, sugar, etc. Besides Bush is a FIRST WAVE POST-GRUNGE BANDS along with Candlebox, Cranberries, Live, Silverchair, Collective Soul to name a few (from 1993 to late 90s).
