I completely agree. The whole song is great and fun because of the staccato, and how it's so fast with so many instruments that it sounds like there's something sustained. So adding a sustained piano ruins everything.

He's good.
My point was that he seldom plays flashy - usually we see him as more of a support/leadership role than a lead role.
Not sure why that got a negative, but it's okay to disagree.
