You can't honestly judge Argentina's 6-1 loss to Bolivia in La Paz with a grain of salt. Everyone knows that Bolivia's 3,600 ft above sea level won that game, not Bolivia's players. You try playing in the higest capital in the world, at 3,600 ft I want to see how France and England fair. Anyone can talk the talk, but having been in Bolivia myself, and having the need of an oxygen mask in the airport of La Paz just to breathe, trust me, any team can lose to Bolivia in La Paz, due to the altitude
