ROFL, i know this sounds gay, but i, myself am a boy scout, i am also working on my eagle scout badge, and for one, those boys didn't have the correct uniform on, and if they were 12... then it is actually impossible for them to already have planned their eagle project,and have it approved. I honestly think that those boys weren't really in boy scouts, or they were in a troop that doesn't follow the rules of boy scouts.
