I have been training in the arts for 20 years now and although this is fun and looks "cool" like power ranger cool. It has basically ruined the sport aspect of martial arts. Hardcore martial artists wouldnt even think of doing a 360degree backflip windmill kick. Strictly gymnastics... alot of guys wont even go to a tournament anymore because its been diluted so much. Sparring=Game of Tag Kata= Gymnastics and sparkly colors

cant use this in a real fight gotta stick to basics, fancy shit doesnt work that well but that was a amazing performance

I dont like it when they train themselfs to flip and stuff. They kinda make it look like its for show. Im not hating on this I just dont like the showin off thing it's the reason why there are so many cocky fighters out there.

This may be true however his training, speed, strength and flexibility will give him a huge advantage in a fight on the street.
