While strolling one day in the East Village (NYC)during the late 80's, we walked by each other. He was walking with a lady. I did not go up to him. However, he did see my expression, so I guess he knew that I recognized him. We both just smiled at eachother!!
I would not have asked for his autograph anyway, its more important for me to give celebrities their privacy than to jump all over them.
My Goodness, was he so darn tall.
anyway, this is one of my favorite songs of his!

One of the most amazing aspects of this song is how it can be applied to both love and other themes of life. For instance, the definition of home in this song...it can be a loved individual, or it can be a place of perfection..where this no hate and where there are no enemies..Never for money, always for love...
