Chavez has done a great job helping the financially backward people in Venezuela. Capitalists will not like him due to his pro-worker policies. But capitalists do not represent Venezuela. The U.S. government does not like him because he is a challenge to US hegemony and he is not U.S. puppet. The world needs more state leaders like Chavez to counter the greatest threat to humanity - the United States.

Yeah, and the current Congress, which is dominated by Democrats 233 to 202, has an approval rating of 17.8%.

actually 3 out of 5 tv stations are anti Chavez also he has more than 50% approval rating in Venezuela. Bush has an approval rating of about 28%
