If you really want the Mogul, it's a good smart phone, just make sure you tell the representative at Sprint to give you the latest software upgrade the same day you purchase it. The upgrade will give you Windows Mobile 6.1 You don't really have to download all the extras. I just did it because I like using TouchFlo. The phone comes standard with a 512MB Memory Card, I upgraded to a 4G because I download music to my phone, so I needed more memory. Why wouldn't you get the Internet?

Well now with the Windows 6.1 Software upgrade, my Mogul phone actually works 100 times better. I purchased a 4G Memory Card on Ebay for more memory. I've also added TouchFlo2D witch is almost identical to TouchFlo3D, the same software the HTC Touch Pro uses. So basically with a few upgrades and modifications, the Mogul can be a very good phone, but considering that fact that you can buy the Touch Pro for about the same price, you should go with the Touch Pro and make sure you add insurance.

I really really want this phone, but I've heard so many bad things about it so I am just waiting for someone to tell me the phone is great. Lol.

After 3 visits to the Sprint Store, and 2 software upgrades, the technician finally realized the phone is defective. So finally the representative tells me what I told her to do on my first visit. She tells me they are going to order me a new phone but they don't go out of model, witch means I couldn't get the Touch Pro. I would have had to pay for it, and right now I just don't have it. So I have a brand new Mogul with the latest Software update, and now the phone works much better!!
