Foy was my mentor in a songwriting work shop for 2 weeks 4 years ago since then I have been in love with his music. This is defiately one of my favourite recordings. He is the most inspirational person I have ever been lucky enough to meet. And he is so amazing in person. I met him a couple of months ago after 4 years and he still remembered me. I will always have a place in my heart for Foy and his music. And I have the most amazing memorys I could never replace

I stumbled across him on iTunes- best find ever. his voice is raw and his lyrics are beautiful. :)

i think it's better he's not well known. there's much more emotion and effort in music from non-mainstream artists. Artists like Foy Vance and Amos Lee write some of the best tracks I've ever heard. you're right though, a real talent and a beautiful song.

What a great performance - and I love this track. This is the one i always turn up when listening to the album. Its almost like your in the room and you can even here something creaking (floor maybe) and footsteps. Its such an intimate recording...almost naked in its production and then the room acoustics open up as the song gets louder....luv it luv it luv it!!! Brilliant - less can definitely be more!
Amazing!
