yea i agree yall suck at dancing but the reason why its 123...567 is because thats the count for salsa duhhhhhhhhhh every salsa dancer knows that. There aint no 4 in a salsa count...im an adavance dancer and i do all latin dance, hip-hop, all of ballroom, and more. So i think i would know what the count is...take my word. and they do suck ass

Hahaha...
Number 4 and 8 are pauses, they count but without any step. For example you can count 1,2,3,4 (pause), 5,6,7, 8 (pause) and repeat the sequence. You know the 4 and 8 are there but you skip pronouncing them.
