So stupid, there is not a chance in hell they could have calculated that they would spin around risking to kill people on the street with their car. Only a sane person would have figured that driving with shitty summer-tires during the 1 day of snow each winter. Proper schools, proper driving-education and massive lobotomizing is the solution for US. :-P

I know one way that this could've all been avoided. Don't be an idiot and go out when you know the roads are like that. IT's not going to kill you to wait a day or so. If it's not an emergency, then don't bother AT ALL. My god, the roads are bad where I live ALL THE TIME, but at least most of the people here know that you only go out when you have to.

It's very nice driving on snow/ice (curves), when you got a RWD car and winter tires (preferably with spikes). One of the best things of life... =D
