The above statement by jeffbatt2000 is an outright lie.
The majority of Democrats in Congress voted against the war.

It's a Lie to say that they voted for "the war"
The Iraq War Resolution allowed for hostilities if Saddam didn't comply with U.N. inspections and sanctions.
Bush kicked the U.N. inspectors out, then invaded. That act was Unconstitutional and Illegal.
Impeach, Indict, and Convict the administration.

Norm Coleman has taken many trips paid for by special interest groups than almost anyone in the U.S. Senate. He is a puppet attached to more strings than he can escape from, just like Mr. Bush, our non-President President.
So you're a Franken fan too, eh? I can't wait to see him in the U.S. Senate in 2009, serving alongside President Obama.

Except for the fact that ALL the Republicans voted for the war. Except for the fact that Franken and Obama were against the war from its onset. Except for the fact that the Republicans, aka McCain and Palin, want to continue our occupation there so that Big Oil, Halliburton and Black Water can continue to make millions at the Tax Payers expense. Except for the fact that the Bush Administration pays Black Water Mercenaries more than our troops.

He's...gutta go...he's just...gutta go.

Except for the fact that most Democrats voted for the war, too...

Man I feel for these people. Vote Franken.
feriwarlock (December 31, 1969 at 4:59 pm)
The Dems need to play a similar ad in every competitive congressional district. This is brilliant, powerful stuff. It hits home and connects. The Republicans have no way to fight this sort of ad. It's like dropping a nuclear bomb on them.

Brilliant ad. It's about time someone held the Republicans responsible for the 3000 dead American soldiers. |
